Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before we begin processing your shipment. Orders are typically dispatched within 12 hours of placement. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused, and undamaged condition
- In original packaging, unmodified
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Authorized with a return authorization number from our customer service team
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted, except in cases of defects or quality issues, which are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
